We loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, right by the river in an area that is being redeveloped and it's amazing to see the falls from the room. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the dining options and room service are excellent. They have car hire and dry cleaning services and even a shop to buy souvenirs. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed including a kitchenette, television, and a lovely terrace to relax. We were impressed by the indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, and Jacuzzi, which were all very well maintained and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children looking for a pet-friendly place to stay.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, with a great view and relaxing atmosphere. the bed was also very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a nice touch by providing Starbucks coffee in the room.

There were several aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the staff was not friendly and the customer service was lacking.

Our private balcony allowed us to enjoy the stunning falls view with comfort. The indoor lap pool and jacuzzi were immaculate. The housekeeping team was efficient and accommodating. we loved our stay at this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the comfortable and quiet rooms with beautiful falls and highway views. The pool and spa were a nice touch, open late and large enough for a relaxing time. The staff provided excellent service and were kind and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to Akron and plenty of activities nearby to keep us entertained.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area. The hotel is located by a river with beautiful views from the restaurant, lobby, and some rooms. The air quality in my room was superb and perfect for my allergies. The staff provided complimentary items for personal needs, like bottled water. The pool and spa are nice and large enough for relaxation.

The room I stayed in at the Sheraton had incredible views of the surrounding river and waterfalls. The sound of the water was so soothing and really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The spaciousness of the room was perfect for my family, and the location right off the freeway made it convenient for exploring the local area. The hotel itself was well-maintained and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton for a unique and enjoyable experience.

Being in the center of this city was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great stay! the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We appreciated the 2 free bottles of water provided. the conference rooms were adequate and the banquet hall was a good space. the service during meals was awesome. There was a nice walking path along the water and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the $5 voucher for food and drink when we deferred maid service.

The view from some of the rooms was not great with some road noise. Some of the rooms were dated and needed updating.
