The hotel was really clean and the people are very friendly. I especially loved the excellent assistance I received from Leah during my stay. She went above and beyond in helping me locate the packages I had delivered. It was a huge relief to know that I could count on her to track them down and notify me once they were found. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the furniture in the room was in need of an upgrade. The sofa and chairs had stains and marks on them, which was disappointing for a suite-style hotel. Secondly, the toilet flusher was really slow, almost as if it was clogged. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more comfortable stay. Finally, there were no exhaust fans in the rooms, which led to some condensation and mold growth on the windows. It would be beneficial to have better moisture control in place to maintain a healthier environment. Despite these drawbacks, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were satisfactory.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved that my room had an additional full bed, perfect for families or larger groups. The location is fantastic, with easy access to SunTrust park via the pedestrian bridge across I-85. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice bonus, with a variety of healthy options available.

My stay at Sheraton was amazing. I was in Atlanta for a Braves game and stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff at the check-in desk, especially Ms. Randee, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The walk to Truist Park was easy and convenient. The hotel may be a bit dated, but that didn't affect our overall experience. The highlight for me was the huge tub with great water pressure. The fitness room was also impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was perfect for attending the event we were in town for, as it was within walking distance to the stadium. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel that was ideally situated for our weekend plans. It was just a mile away from the stadium where we caught a baseball game. We also loved having all the conveniences nearby, including a mall full of amazing American history tributes. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast was delicious and convenient, and the view of the surroundings was breathtaking.

One negative aspect was that the shuttle service was unavailable during our stay, which would have been helpful for getting to and from the stadium.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, and the attention to detail is impressive. The location near Cobb Galleria Centre is fantastic, with easy access to the mall where all of the wonderful tributes to American history can be found. The service by the staff is outstanding, and the basic amenities in the rooms- such as the roll-in shower, refrigerator and microwave- are spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast, which included healthy options, is served and included in the rate.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating during our romantic escape. We received two complementary facts that were very helpful, and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. The room was spacious and well-appointed, which made our stay very enjoyable.

We had some issues during our stay. The floor felt sticky, and the linen was rough and torn. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionnaly, the air conditioner kept turning on and off. These details made our stay less comfortable than we hoped.
