Loved the classy vibe

Really enjoyed the classy, 1920s feel of the rooms, super comfy beds too. The breakfast was a nice touch and the location’s great, lots of food options around. We had a bit of trouble checking in since there wasn’t much space for cars out front, which was kinda annoying.

The hotel was really clean and the people are very friendly. I especially loved the excellent assistance I received from Leah during my stay. She went above and beyond in helping me locate the packages I had delivered. It was a huge relief to know that I could count on her to track them down and notify me once they were found. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the furniture in the room was in need of an upgrade.

The location of the hotel was great - very convenient for our city trip. We were able to easily access all the attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit. the hotel also offered a shuttle service which was a bonus for getting around. the breakfast at the hotel was really good, with a variety of options to choose from. we were happy with the location, breakfast, and shuttle service.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. the rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

The room at Sheraton Suites was spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal with easy access to the mall and nearby attractions. The staff at the restaurant, especially Lon and Helen, provided exceptional service and the food at The Tonic was outstanding. my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

We had a hiccup with our room assignment upon check-in, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a room even better than what we booked. The location is great, with access to nearby dining options. we had a pleasant stay at Sheraton.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect for shopping & conventions. The staff are friendly and accommodating- always with a smile. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, a great ambiance and plenty of great amenities. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved that my room had an additional full bed, perfect for families or larger groups. The location is fantastic, with easy access to SunTrust park via the pedestrian bridge across I-85. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice bonus, with a variety of healthy options available.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Atlanta for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location near the mall was perfect for exploring the tributes to American history. The Tonic restaurant, just a stone's throw away, served great food with excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel staff were extremely nice, making me feel safe and welcomed. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to GA. The pool was a nice addition, and the hotel was also conveniently close to Trust Park/Braves stadium. The free hot and continental breakfast provided a good variety and was delicious.

Would recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

My stay at Sheraton was amazing. I was in Atlanta for a Braves game and stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff at the check-in desk, especially Ms. Randee, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The walk to Truist Park was easy and convenient. The hotel may be a bit dated, but that didn't affect our overall experience. The highlight for me was the huge tub with great water pressure. The fitness room was also impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel facilities were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel's location was perfect for attending the event we were in town for, as it was within walking distance to the stadium. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Good location near the ballpark and mall. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room with separate bedroom and living area. Fridge, microwave, and sliding doors for privacy. Appreciated the complimentary Starbucks coffee.

Outstanding breakfast and dinner. Spacious room with great view. Welcoming front desk. Proximity to historical mall. Stone's throw to fantastic restaurant.
