As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel offered more than just a room with its restaurant, bar, and pool. The spacious rooms with separate sitting areas and TVs in each room were a bonus. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive.

The wifi at the hotel was slow and unreliable, causing inconvenience and frustration. The parking options were not ideal, with a need to pay for parking and difficulties with garage access.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I have to say that I was quite impressed. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was just a few blocks away from some really good Jamaican restaurants. I also enjoyed the quality of the room service as well as the housekeeping service, which was always so prompt and efficient. Another thing that really stood out to me was the staff, who were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs.

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a great location.

Comfortable beds and strong water pressure in the shower. Helpful and friendly staff with prompt problem-solving skills. Excellent location for shopping and dining. Complimentary breakfast provided in the Club Lounge. Enjoyable layout of the room and useful amenities.

Two nice little extras, great location, and a sweet view made for a decent romantic getaway.

Our room was not properly cleaned and there was an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to enjoy the room's amenities.
