I recently stayed at a hotel in Washington and had a fantastic experience. the hotel was located directly on the waterfront next to the Washington State Ferry terminal. The views of Puget Sound were breathtaking, and I even saw seals swimming right outside my room. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring my comfort.

All in all, everything was fine during my stay at this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Silver Cloud, with a surprising and fantastic location. The hotel is just steps away from the Ferry to Whidbey Island, and there is easy access to the water and a charming historical park nearby. We were also able to drive to Alderwoods Mall in less than half an hour for dinner and a movie. Our room had a picturesque view of the nearby islands and ferries, and we enjoyed a delicious full breakfast. The views from our room were simply amazing and one of the best at the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, and we even had a large bathtub. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a fantastic location very close to the ferry terminal and enjoyable views of the nearby island. The rooms are nicely appointed, super clean, and comfortable with cute little French doors that allow you to open up to sea. The breakfast is more abundant than your standard continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage on offer. The staff at the front desk are polite and accommodating, and they offer free desserts and appetizers for guests who visit Ivar's next door.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and learned that showing our room key at a nearby restaurant would give us a complimentary appetizer or dessert. The room itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also loved the peacefulness of the location and the stunning view of the bay from our double doors. The nearby restaurants within walking distance were a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and lovely property.

I absolutely loved the view from my room at this hotel! It was so calming to be able to open the doors and hear the water all night. Watching the boats and ferries go by was such a treat. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right on the waterfront. Plus, having a restaurant right next door was very convenient.

One downside was that there wasn't a handicapped room available in the type I requested. It would have been nice to have a higher toilet in the room.
