I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, with both a king and queen bed for me and my family. Finding the hotel was a breeze, and the free parking right in front was a pleasant surprise. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, making it a great deal. Plus, the free shuttle to another Sheraton for my workshop was really convenient. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Although the balcony was a bit small, it didn't really bother me. The swimming pool, though indoors, was a little cold for my liking. Other than that, I have no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and breweries, and within easy reach of the airport. The Grille restaurant was a must-visit spot. Despite the noisy highway, the room was decent. The staff was friendly and hospitable, making our stay comfortable.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience at the hotel enjoyable. They went out of their way to find us a room that better suited our needs. Additionally, the hotel's club access deal was well worth the extra cost. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast bar and evening finger foods, along with free beverages throughout the day. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great feature, allowing us to swim both inside and outside. The hotel's courtyard was spacious and relaxing, with plenty of seating and a pool table.

The rooms at the hotel seemed to have difficulty cooling down, despite what the thermostat indicated. We had to purchase a fan to make the room more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable and in need of replacement, causing all four of us to have a restless night's sleep. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation and had visible black mold and scrapes on the sliding door. In addition, there were maintenance issues upon arrival, such as a loose toilet paper holder and a missing electrical cover on the nightstand. It was disappointing that these issues were not noticed during inspection.

The free cookies and beverages were a nice touch. We were impressed by the quick response to our request for room cleaning. we enjoyed our stay at Sheraton despite a few minor issues.

My 15-year-old son and I had a perfect stay at Sheraton in Dallas. The clean rooms felt like a small 1 bedroom apartment, with a comfortable pull-out couch. The hotel's location right off the highway made parking easy, and we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area. The staff was the best we've encountered, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we stay in the area.

Convenient location and affordable pricing for a one-night stay. Welcoming and accommodating staff helped us enjoy the pool despite renovations. Comfortable beds, very clean room, and two complimentary waters per day. Bonus, walking distance to Denny's. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Great stay over xmas. Loved the free drinks on arrival and the Christmas treats in the room. The hotel was situated close to the shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. The pool facilities were fantastic and we made full use of them during our stay.

The hotel was quite old and in need of a renovation. The carpet in the hallway was stained and the bathroom tiles chipped. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly or helpful during our stay. When we asked for directions to a nearby attraction, we were met with a blank stare and an unhelpful response. it was a decent stay, but the hotel needs some improvements and better customer service.

Plus, it's just a short drive away from popular attractions like Reunion Tower and the Book Depository. I highly recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, especially the friendly and helpful shuttle driver. The rooms were comfortable and great value for money, with the added bonus of a balcony and a separate bedroom. The pool area was quiet and offered excellent privacy, perfect for relaxation.

I had a great time here! The location was amazing, as it was close to downtown and within walking distance to some great restaurants and breweries. The staff were really helpful with luggage and the room amenities like the balcony and terrace were lovely touches. The professionalism of the room service, dry cleaning, and wake up service were impressive. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major plus!

I did have a couple of minor issues, but I'd still recommend this place to my family. For what they charge, the hotel should provide a better cleaning service, as the room was super dusty and I had trouble with showering due to issues with the tub. However, there was an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, health club, and leisure/TV room. a great experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The location was perfect, and we had great views of the city skyline. Breakfast was already included, which was a great value for money.
