Quick lifts to 6 floors, rooms with differing views, excellent breakfast with good choice of teas and coffee, friendly staff, and everything kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Stayed to attend Eurovision, couldn’t have been closer without actually sleeping in the arena. Room exceptionally quiet with windows shut. Staff were lovely, room was clean and not spacious. Nicely decorated and fresh looking throughout. Would love to come back and visit.

The location was ideal, with central views over the river and the 3 Graces.

As a tourist visiting Liverpool for an event at the Arena, I had a limited hotel choice, but Jury's Inn turned out to be a real winner. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the location in the Docks area, which offered great views and an ideal location for shopping and dining. The all-inclusive breakfast had a fantastic selection, and the hotel had great facilities overall. I'm already planning to book with Jury's Inn again for a long weekend to explore more of the city.

The hotel bar staff, especially Steve, provided exceptional service and brightened up my day. The location was perfect, being close to bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely airy feel. It overlooked the Mersey and I even received a platter of chocolates and treats for our anniversary.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. This place is situated in a nice area on the waterfront, which provided some lovely views of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to check in slightly earlier which meant I did not have to carry my bags around to business meetings. The service room service was excellent and the room amenities including heating and air conditioning really enhanced my comfort level. The flat-screen TV in the room allowed me to relax after long business meetings.

This venue is a great option for families and I would definitely recommend it to other families who are considering staying here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the arena and Albert Dock, offering everything I needed right on my doorstep. A great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff made all the difference! Despite some small cleanliness issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
