The rooms at this place are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. The location is quiet and the amenities, such as the sauna and coffee bar, were a nice addition. The open windows allowed us to feel connected to the charm of Ruidoso even inside.

There was a stuffy smell in the room that was a little bothersome. the bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dent in the middle and every movement could be felt.
