Charming Oasis in SF!

We stayed at a small boutique hotel in a vibrant neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the oasis-like atmosphere. The retro design, coupled with the beautiful pool and cozy bungalows, transported us to a different era. The cleanliness of the rooms and the high-quality beds made our stay extremely comfortable. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as gum on the ground near the pool, this didn't dampen our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The retro design was meticulous and added a luxurious and fun atmosphere to my stay. The rooms were spacious and the large beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the cozy bathrobes and high-quality soaps and creams. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were extremely kind and nice.

Although there were some concerns about the location, the hotel's security measures ensured a safe stay.

Felt very at home, nothing to complain about.

First off, the location couldn't have been more convenient - right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, especially with the wall-sized windows that offered stunning views of the city. And the bed? Oh, so comfortable! I had the best night's sleep. Plus, the hotel provided reliable internet and a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and laid-back, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, with a warmed pool that we were able to swim in even in November. The location was near all the attractions, allowing us to easily walk to Union Square, Hayes Valley, and SOMO. We also appreciated the free parking, as finding parking in this city can be a challenge. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the cool courtyard and the ambiance of the bar with its lovely fireplace.

Spacious vintage-styled rooms with high ceilings. Accommodating and friendly staff. Free parking. Reliable wifi. Conveniently situated for many eateries and good access to places.

We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff during our stay at Phoenix Hotel. They went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival and held our room for us. The free onsite parking was a huge bonus in downtown SF. The location was also very convenient, with the Civic Center Bart Station within walking distance. The hotel itself was like an oasis, with a beautiful design and a wonderful pool/courtyard area. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Tenderloin area, being within walking distance of the Opera House and other San Francisco sights. The hotel had a nice retro atmosphere, with rooms facing out onto a beautiful pool area with palm trees. We enjoyed the clean rooms with fun neon lighting and the extremely cozy beds. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the in-room espresso in the mornings and the warm pool with a large patio. this hotel offered great cleanliness, excellent facilities, and a convenient location.

The neighborhood around the hotel can be off-putting due to a noticeable presence of homelessness and illicit activities. the walls in the rooms are thin, leading to potential noise disturbances from parties or street sounds.

The history and vibe at this hotel is amazing. The front desk staff was so helpful, offering fantastic recommendations for things to do and see in the area. I especially loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
