First off, the location couldn't have been more convenient - right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, especially with the wall-sized windows that offered stunning views of the city. And the bed? Oh, so comfortable! I had the best night's sleep. Plus, the hotel provided reliable internet and a delicious breakfast to start the day off right.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and laid-back, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, with a warmed pool that we were able to swim in even in November. The location was near all the attractions, allowing us to easily walk to Union Square, Hayes Valley, and SOMO. We also appreciated the free parking, as finding parking in this city can be a challenge. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the cool courtyard and the ambiance of the bar with its lovely fireplace.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Tenderloin area, being within walking distance of the Opera House and other San Francisco sights. The hotel had a nice retro atmosphere, with rooms facing out onto a beautiful pool area with palm trees. We enjoyed the clean rooms with fun neon lighting and the extremely cozy beds. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the in-room espresso in the mornings and the warm pool with a large patio. this hotel offered great cleanliness, excellent facilities, and a convenient location.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of a rough neighborhood. Despite the busy streets filled with homeless people, the security measures in place make you feel safe and secure. The staff here are friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail and wall-sized windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for money. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and even provides breakfast to-go, which is perfect for guests on the go.

The only downside I could find is that the room had a big glass front facing the pool and restaurant area, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed and sit in a slightly dark room. However, overall, the experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing, making us feel so welcome and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a wide range of DirecTV channels were a bonus. The retro vibe and charming decor gave the place a unique, 70's movie feel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a funky red glowing light above the bed. The gated courtyard was a safe place to hang out at night, and the heated cabana area was a favorite spot. The location was excellent, with free parking, just a 5-minute walk to the Art Museum and a big bus stop.

Felt right at home, no complaints at all.
