Great customer service from the front desk staff, especially Devin who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. the hotel offered reasonable prices and had a helpful and attentive staff.

The property could use some renovations as the furniture and decor were outdated. the view from my room was disappointing, as it overlooked a dirty rooftop with water bottles and empty paint buckets.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, right off the highway. It made traveling to and from our destinations very easy. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort it offered. Finally, the value for money was excellent, as we found this hotel to be a good value for what we paid.

The location of this hotel was quite convenient as it was situated near different shops and restaurants. However, the thin walls were quite disturbing as you could hear what people were saying in the next room. The room itself was satisfactory, but the bathroom was tiny and outdated with imperfections in the shower and door. Moreover, the breakfast options were limited and the garbage was not always picked up frequently.

The air quality in the common area was very poor, which made us sick, and the hotel staff didn't seem to care about our discomfort.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. From the fast check-in to the friendly service, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean and nice, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great as well, right off the interstate and in a desired area of town. We were close to our destination and had easy access to transportation. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn for a few days and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and the management was friendly and accommodating. The room, although a bit small, was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff and the young lady in charge of breakfast were absolutely fabulous - they were happy, pleasant, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cheerful and welcoming.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of parking available. the staff at the front desk were really nice and provided good customer service. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including hot waffles, sausage, eggs, and bacon.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't like. the room had pocket door bathrooms, which wasn't ideal, especially when traveling with small children.

Convenient parking, excellent service, clean lobby, and friendly staff. Highly recommend and will return.
