Great location close to attractions, clean and quiet property. Basic but satisfactory breakfast options. Friendly housekeeping staff. One specific situation that happened to us was that the room we were assigned had a tiny shower, which was challenging for my husband who has a bad knee. We requested to be moved to a room with a bathtub, but were informed that only a few rooms had bathtubs available. So, it's important to specify your needs and confirm them with the hotel before arrival.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff was amazing. The indoor pool was heated and provided us with a fun experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to the beltway and near the attractions in this city. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable.

Convenient parking and fast check, in. Large and clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Clean and functioning bathroom with a stand, up shower. Working WIFI in the room. Large and clean pool area. Well, stocked breakfast area.

Some amenities in the room did not work, such as the remote, jacuzzi, entry light, TV. the chemical smell in the first room was unbearable and caused discomfort.

Liked the convenient location and clean rooms. the hotel was easily accessible and close to attractions such as Busch Gardens and Water Country. It was also within walking distance of restaurants, which was a plus.

Disliked the staff attitude and lack of presence. the front desk guy was rude and uptight, constantly complaining about noise even when we were not being excessively loud.

The front desk clerk at Sleep Inn was exceptional! He made me feel welcome immediately and had a friendly attitude. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. Parking was free and there were many dining options nearby.

I did notice some crumbs on the floor and stains on the sheets. The shower floor was slippery and uneven, which made me a bit nervous.

The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the free breakfast was straight-up delicious. The location was perfect and the room was spacious and modern. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating, even letting us use a separate room for our toddler's bath. The hotel was well-maintained and smelled fresh throughout our stay. We got so much for our money with the indoor pool, gym, and free parking. This place was spotless and an absolute steal!
