We had a nice stay at Sleep Inn & Suites New Braunfels. The queen room with two beds was clean and very comfortable, making it easy to settle in after a day of exploring. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated that some rooms had a sitting area to relax in, which is perfect after a long day. Plus, the location was conveniently near attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

The shower pressure could use some improvement.

Unfortunately, the noise levels were a major bother. you could hear people in the hall and stomping from above well into the night, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was also hit-or-miss—if you're there for multiple nights, be prepared to grab your own towels, and don’t expect your room to be cleaned unless you push for it. Also, the air conditioning unit didn't allow for much cooling control, which could be a hassle for those who prefer it colder.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and clean atmosphere. The location was prime, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast had decent options, though improvements are needed.

The welcoming atmosphere provided by Tara and Ted made our stay enjoyable. The continuous supply of fresh coffee and snacks was a delightful touch that kept us energized during our visit.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They even helped us with extra pillows. The place did have a slight old smell upon arrival. We also found some bugs in our room, which was concerning. Fun activities were close by for evening entertainment.

I absolutely loved how tidy everything was during my stay! The well-maintained pool was a refreshing oasis after a day of exploring local attractions like the Schlitterbahn water park. Plus, the breakfast offerings genuinely delighted me, especially the hot eggs and bacon that made my mornings so much brighter!

I experienced a decent stay at this location. The breakfast was not great, and I found the orange juice out of order. I had a guaranteed reservation, but it had been canceled by management, which caused some frustration. I did enjoy the outdoor pool and the hot tub during my visit, as it offered a nice way to relax after a day exploring. Staying on my own gave me the freedom to make the most of the amenities available.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially Christine, who went out of her way to ensure a quiet room for us. The comfortable beds made for restful nights, and the breakfast offered various delicious options. However, the air conditioning unit was somewhat inconsistent, making it harder to maintain a comfortable temperature. Although the property had a clean atmosphere, some parking issues arose during busy hours, requiring a longer walk to the entrance.
