The rooms are large and clean, providing ample space to stretch out after a long day of intergalactic adventures. Accessibility for those with disabilities is commendable, though finding your way around the entrance could be a challenge without some door assistance.

Noise is a persistent issue, especially if you're on the west side near McDonald's and the busy Truck Bypass Highway 16A. The heater in my room was particularly loud and disruptive, practically shouting whenever it turned on and off. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. I found dirty sheets left out and some days, even extra towels just stacked up without any placement. Breakfast was underwhelming with stale options and a messy area that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Plus, the elevators don’t come when you need them for maintenance requests, leading to an even longer wait time. Several appliances, like the fridge, faced issues. mine was merely unplugged, and with no staff around when I called, I had to fix it myself.

i recently stayed at sleep inn during a stopover in rapid city and was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than my last visit. the staff were incredibly helpful, and my room was super clean and spacious. overall, it exceeded my expectations, especially with the delicious breakfast options available.

The King Suite was super spacious, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Loved the nearby attractions, and the location was ideal for family adventures!

Our family enjoyed staying here with our dog. The heated pool was a hit after a day at Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The location near attractions like the Rushmore Mall was convenient.
