My husband and I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for our visit to UAB clinic. After spending eight hours at the clinic, it was such a relief to come back to a safe and comfortable environment. The staff was excellent and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Despite having several busloads of teenagers staying for a camp, they moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. The rooms were newly refurbished, very clean, and had a wonderful spa-like scent. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process with Kamon was a breeze. it was a great stay and we'll be back in August.

The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the waffle maker worked well. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, like a day spa. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and professional.

There were some cleanliness issues during our stay, including mold in the ceiling that eventually caused a stench and made one of us sick. The towels were not changed on the last night of our stay.

Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. the fitness center was clean and had simple equipment.

The bed creaked loudly and there was very little counter space in the bathroom. the room and hallway smelled like old cigarette smoke.
