Comfortable stay with great staff

Super comfy spot right off the highway! Staff was super friendly, even making sure I had some tea when I checked in after a long drive. Breakfast was good and getting coffee to go was a nice touch. Just wish the key lock system wasn’t acting up—it made check-in a bit chaotic.

I had a fantastic stay! Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were well-appointed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the continental breakfast. The hotel's location just off of Highway 19 was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was also close to Summersville Lake, which was a bonus.

Comfortable bed, easy to access from highway. Appreciated the front desk staff's quick response when we found ants in our first room. They moved us to a clean second room, although there was no conditioner. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is great value for money and offers basic amenities that make for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the queen bed which was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The breakfast included sausage gravy which was a welcome surprise.

Key kept getting messed up.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to find and providing a great place to stop during our road trip. Plus, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Upon checking in, there was a bit of confusion regarding the breakfast location due to a temporary computer outage. It would have been helpful if the front desk had provided us with this information upfront.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful scenery of West Virginia's hills, and the hotel is located in a high traffic area. This venue is a nice place to stay in February.

Convenient location off Route 19. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Amenities not used due to tiredness from camping trip. Clean rooms and helpful washer/dryer for rainy clothes.

Nothing not too like.

The complimentary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi were nice perks during our city break. the location was also convenient, close to attractions and shops. the bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-fridge.

We couldn't enjoy a good night's sleep due to the constant barking from pets in other guests' rooms. It was unbearable, especially early in the morning, and we couldn't get any rest.
