I had a great time at smart stay. The deluxe double room was cozy and had everything we needed. The desk clerk was super friendly and helped us out with a discount due to unexpected circumstances. Plus, it's just a short walk to local shops and restaurants, which was perfect for us.

I had a lovely stay at Smart Stay Lafayette. The room was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with amenities like a microwave, fridge, and air conditioner. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome. The parking was secure, which enhanced my sense of safety.

The area felt a bit sketchy.

The room was clean and had nice satin-like sheets. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, which made me uneasy. The pool was empty and neglected, needing attention. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the Deluxe King Room was! The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I loved that the room had a microwave and fridge for my snacks. Plus, the manager was super helpful and showed us around the property!

The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. I noticed multiple cleanliness issues, like dusty fixtures and an unpleasant odor in the hallways. Moreover, the noisy air conditioning unit made it difficult to sleep, and there were also stains in the bathtub that made it hard to feel clean. I'm seriously questioning my choice to stay here.

The remodeled room was surprisingly nice and very clean, featuring comfortable bedding, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. The hotel is quiet, offering a restful environment with no distractions, making it a great choice for relaxation. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the management could benefit from having someone available in the office at all times to assist guests. Despite being in a less-than-ideal area and the confusion with check-in, the overall value for the price was excellent.

stayed at smart stay for a night and was pleasantly surprised. my room was spacious, clean, and recently remodeled. the security guard made the fenced-in parking feel safe, and being able to bring my dog was a great bonus. the manager was very friendly and genuinely working hard to improve the services. i also loved being close to residential neighborhoods for those relaxing strolls.
