As a frequent traveler, I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz recently for a week-long vacation in Xintiandi. The service at Andaz is truly exceptional, exceeding my expectations with their attention to detail. The Seafood Buffet was not only mouthwatering but beautifully presented, and the breakfast options were among the best I've ever had. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with lovely beds and great bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was a pleasure to return to Andaz each day.

I absolutely loved the fluffy soft bed, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The King Room with a view of Xintiandi was very nice, and the hotel's location in the center of the city's vibrant nightlife was perfect. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They spoke English fluently, and the concierge service was excellent, helping us arrange multiple car reservations. The hotel's breakfast facility and the food itself were top-notch, and the 6-8pm happy hour in the bar and lounge was a great addition. the hotel's location, facilities, cleanliness, and helpful staff made for a fantastic stay.

The value for money was excellent, with a well-filled free mini-bar and fresh coffee always available. The room was great, with a super nice bed and the convenience of controlling everything with an iPad mini. The location was perfect, close to the metro and all the happening spots in the city. The staff were attentive and the free happy hour with generous drinks was a nice touch.
