We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice bonus. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process swift and easy. The beach being so close and easily accessible was a huge plus for us. The views from our partial ocean view room were stunning, with both the city and the ocean visible. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with a full-size kitchen. The beach setup made it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand for the day. The staff by the beach provided great service. Special shoutout to Tami and Marco, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Tami arranged for chairs and a table on our balcony overlooking the beach, and Marco used his own mobile to organize an Uber taxi for us. Their initiative and hospitality were exceptional.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a greater variety of options.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely time. The location is perfect, right by the ocean with a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff were very accommodating and room service was impeccable. The amenities such as car and bicycle rental, tours and turkish bath were great and the happy hour special was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a mini-bar and tea/coffee making equipment.

We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach service was great, and I enjoyed the complimentary muffin and coffee each morning. The location was ideal, as it was very close to some amazing restaurants right across the road. Additionally, the hotel was just steps away from the beach, making it convenient for a beach lover like me. The staff, for the most part, were very helpful and attentive.

This hotel is perfectly located near the beach, so we were able to soak up plenty of sun and enjoy swimming in the sea. It’s also an easy walk to some wonderful restaurants and shops, making it a great location for a fun getaway. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the excellent housekeeping service. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the balcony boasted some great views of the area. Additionally, the valet and bellman service was outstanding.

The beach amenities were also great, and the beach staff made sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, with fresh and tasty dishes. The portion sizes were generous, and the truffle fries were particularly delicious. The staff's energy and genuine care made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a relaxing time.

The elevators were always slow to arrive and the TV set didn't work. It was frustrating to wait for the elevators, sometimes up to 10 minutes, and the TV in the room didn't function at all.

I recently stayed at Sole Miami in Sunny Isles Beach for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as direct beach access. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The balcony was a lovely addition, and the common areas of the hotel were stylish and well-maintained. The pool and beach areas were also delightful, with a convenient poolside bar. Additionally, the food exceeded my expectations, and there were numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance.
