We arrived two hours early and were warmly welcomed by Phil at reception. the quality of the reception area was exceptional. Our room, which had two queen beds, was fresh, clean, and of great quality. the bathroom was a pleasure and the room had convenient amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge with a freezer compartment. the hotel's shuttle bus made it easy for us to explore the Strip without having to worry about parking. the room was cool and welcoming after the heat and excitement of the Strip.

The sheets and towels were not changed daily, and the floors were not vacuumed as often as we would have liked. we found it hard to communicate with the staff as most of them didn’t speak good English, which made it difficult to resolve issues.
