The location was perfect for my needs, being close to cisco, intel, and ranch99. Additionally, the hotel was situated in the northeast of San Jose, making it a great place to explore the Bay Area. I also loved that it was very close to a plaza and had a variety of restaurant facilities. The breakfast options were great, with a nice variety of food selections and a fantastic omlette station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The pool and jacuzzi were great, offering a stunning view from the third floor. the exercise room had a good variety of equipment and even a coin-operated laundry for convenience.

I was disappointed that my reservation for a king-sized bed was not honored, and I was given a queen double instead. the staff's attitude towards guests who booked through a certain website was unwelcoming.

Our room was thoughtfully equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free toiletries. We spent a fantastic New Year’s at a hi-rise hotel with stunning views. the swimming pool and jacuzzi, located on the third floor, were open from 8am until 11pm and added to our relaxation. the fully equipped gym provided an opportunity for a good workout. We also appreciated the on-site coin-operated laundry and the complementary breakfast and Uber refund.

The restaurant food and drink was great, although the service was really slow. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The Sonesta in Milpitas was great value for the money. The room was clean, modern, and had excellent desk space for working. The location was excellent, with a shopping center across the street and easy access to restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer, iron, and plenty of towels. We also enjoyed the fantastic view from our luxurious King Suite with Sofa Bed. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the location was convenient, with Ranch 99 Supermarket and many restaurants just across the street.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a free car rental service available in the lobby and computers in the lobby for printing boarding passes. The location was also great, as it was quick to get on the I880 and close to the Levi stadium and the Great Mall. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options including fruit, cheeses, yogurts, and standard breakfast fare. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. Special shoutouts to Lamart, the manager, for going above and beyond by comping us an Uber refund and providing breakfast vouchers, and to Gloria at the front desk for her helpfulness and knowledge of the city.
