During our recent trip to wine country, my team and I chose to stay at Southbridge. We were initially concerned about the recent fires in the area, but after being assured that Southbridge was in a safe location, we decided to go ahead. And we're so glad we did! The General Manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The cozy fireplace in our room added a magical and inviting touch, perfect for winding down after a day of wine tasting. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning to Southbridge in the future. I highly recommend this hidden gem in wine country.

Although there were no major drawbacks during our stay, it would have been helpful to have a note on the hotel's website about spare the air days affecting the use of the fireplace. Additionally, the outdated bathroom could benefit from a renovation.

The gym/spa locker rooms were wonderful, the bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the coffee maker in the room made delicious coffee. The large shower was fantastic. The mini bar offerings were excellent and the English muffins at breakfast were the best I've ever had. I also loved the location, just a short walk to the center of town. The hotel facilities were clean, tasteful, and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. it was a great value for the price.

The location of Southbridge Napa Valley was perfect for exploring the charming town. The spacious room had a real wood fireplace, making it cozy and inviting. Access to the spa next door was a great bonus, especially for the top-notch exercise facilities. The friendly and accommodating staff added to a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful housekeeping team. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool at the nearby health spa and a cozy fireplace in our room. The location was perfect, tucked off the road and behind the tracks, yet still close to the main strip of restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great selection of fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals. we were impressed by the cleanliness, attentive staff, convenient location, and excellent hotel facilities.

I loved the location of this hotel. Being just a short walk to the center of St. Helena was so convenient. Additionally, I was assigned a room at the rear of the building, which made it very quiet at night. The facilities were clean, tasteful, and very comfortable. I also appreciated having access to the fitness center across the walkway, where I could workout and enjoy a steam bath or shower with their provided robe and slippers.

We enjoyed our stay at a charming boutique hotel with a great location. The room was spacious and the high ceilings added to the overall experience. The in-room breakfast delivered every morning was a delightful surprise. The staff were friendly and we appreciated the espresso maker in the room. Access to the nearby spa was a bonus. we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The pillows were not as soft and fluffy as we would have liked, causing some neck strain. The bed was also a bit too firm for our liking.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Napa Valley. The luxurious amenities provided were exceptional, with a great spa and wellness center, garden area, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff was very attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall luxury experience. The restaurant served a delightful breakfast, perfect to start the day.

The only minor issue was the WiFi connection, which was not always reliable. However, this did not detract from the overall delightful experience in the hotel.

We can't wait to come back and explore more of this wonderful area.
