We were pleasantly surprised by the Springhill Suites. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for families. The location was ideal, with the Sky Train just a block away for easy access to the airport or rental car center. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast seating area had plenty of space and the staff was helpful. The hotel had a modern feel to it and was conveniently connected to the airport.

The bathroom door was opaque and the light shone through when someone used it, which was annoying while in bed. There were some outdated information about the restaurant and the inconvenience of being redirected to a different hotel upon arrival was not satisfactory.

The parking is safe and secure, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. com. The front desk agent, Tiffany, was knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel has a market in the lobby which was a nice touch.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was excellent. The location was convenient for our training at the nearby convention center, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The sky train from the hotel to the airport made our travel easy. The breakfast, although typical continental fare, was decent with good coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

King suite with sofa bed and divider wall, perfect for a small family. Great job with included breakfast, especially the quiche. Good coffee and tasty lemon water in lobby. Convenient food and beverage items for sale. Sky train to airport with easy signs.
