The check-in guy was a real lifesaver at 3am, such a rock-star! The breakfast buffet was top-notch and the room was comfy, even had a nice coffee nook. The hotel's walkable to eateries and Lennox Square Mall. 🥐 Easy checkout, too. It's a bit of a bummer that they initially wanted to charge for parking when it was said to be free, but after a chat, they fixed it up, everything else was stellar, would totally reccomend!

The bed and bath at Springhill Suites were impeccably clean. Mark Mukangu, the front desk supervisor, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. the location was convenient, with a fun and well-maintained pool. the staff was attentive, quickly meeting our needs for towels and conditioner. Breakfast varied each day, adding a nice touch for multiple nights' stay.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience! the location was amazing, close to everything in Midtown, Miami Circle Design District, and popular landmarks like Shops Around Lenox and Lenox Square. the staff was super friendly and professional, always ready to assist. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options for guests to enjoy. the hotel had a lovely indoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

There were a few areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as some areas were not properly cleaned.

You'll have the opportunity to dine around so many restaurants that are all within walking distance. The staff is also friendly, and the basic amenities are good enough. Plus, the breakfast is a small quick snack, but the room amenities of a sink, fridge, and microwave allow you to make up for it.

My stay at Springhill Suites Atlanta Buckhead was perfect for a quick transit during my travel. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Atlanta History Center for a quick exploration before continuing on my journey. the convenience of being only 10 km away from DeKalb-Peachtree airport made my travel plans seamless.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the limited parking garage spaces available after 9 PM. However, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding, promptly resolving the issue and even comping our parking fees for the entire duration of our stay.
