The room felt so cozy, especially with the Keurig® coffee maker providing a morning pick-me-up. It was like having a little home away from home.

I wish the view from the room was a bit more picturesque. But that's just me!

As a tourist visiting the beautiful Village Hotel, I absolutely loved the on-site amenities and activities. The variety of restaurants and the well-maintained grounds were a standout. Renting bikes and exploring the picturesque surroundings was a highlight for my family. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The guided raft tour and delicious ice cream added to the overall enjoyable experience. Kudos to the family that keeps the Estate running, we will definitely be returning!

The location of the hotel is great, just steps away from the winery and the village shopping area. The room was spacious with a good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast options are perfect and they have a coffee bar.

Although we had some issues with the room's wood cabinets needing refinishing, and the furniture in halls looking old and mismatched, we would still recommend Village Hotel On Biltmore Estate for a great stay. it was a good experience and we will return.

Many activities to keep busy. Helpful staff, particularly Gabbi at the front desk. Fun wine tasting and well-stocked winery shop. Lively downtown Asheville nearby

We stayed at this amazing hotel for our Anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The hotel is located in Antler Village, which is filled with restaurants and a winery. The complimentary shuttle service was a great perk, taking us around the property and offering helpful tips. There is so much to see and do here, we highly recommend staying for more than just a few days. The stunning views of the GSMNP were an added bonus.

The Village Hotel offers great value for money with reasonable room rates. The attention to detail is excellent, with rooms beautifully decorated for Christmas. The location is fantastic, being close to all the facilities in the village, so there's always something to do whatever the weather. The staff provides wonderful service and the basic amenities are well-maintained.

All was fine and there's nothing that needs improvement.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. I loved that I could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a sitting area and in-room safe. The spa & wellness center was amazing and the outdoor swimming pool was so relaxing.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location , the hotel is conveniently located near the Biltmore Estate, making it easy to access tours and other attractions. Being on the property allowed us to buy early tours and avoid larger crowds.

Inattentive cleaning staff , One negative experience was when the alarm in my elderly aunt's room went off at 3:00 a.m. This caused a lot of inconvenience and exhaustion for them the next day.

We had a pleasant experience at Village Hotel! The proximity to Biltmore was convenient, with a shuttle service available. The village stores and winery right next door were a bonus. The outdoor movie night was a nice touch. a great stay!

Great location on the estate with easy access to all the attractions, including the Biltmore House, Antler Village, and downtown Asheville. the inclusive Chihuly package was worth it, with daytime admission to the Biltmore House, full breakfast, and shuttle access. Spacious and modern rooms with comfortable beds and good amenities. Helpful front desk staff. Top-notch breakfast with a menu to order from instead of a buffet.

Some difficulty finding the hotel due to GPS issues. Small double beds that are not ideal for two people.
