The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was very convenient, right off the highway with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was great to have everything within easy reach. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided good service.

There was a parking issue during our stay, as there were no spaces available in the hotel lot when we returned in the evening. We had to park in a different lot, but luckily it was close by.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was well maintained and the assistant manager provided excellent service, giving us extra towels and checking us in early. The room felt like a home away from home, with bright, clean, and well-decorated interiors. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snack in the room, as well as the availability of coffee. The location was convenient, being close to Downtown and a popular museum.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for a concert at the Walmart Amp and the location was perfect, just a short drive away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the lobby was well maintained. The room felt like home, with a bright and clean atmosphere. The shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the in-shower shampoo and conditioner and the complimentary snacks. it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the clean rooms and friendly staff. the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and Crystal Bridges. the breakfast provided plenty of options and was delicious.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the TV placement in the room was awkward, making it difficult for all five of us to watch together. Additionally, the sink area was cramped, offering little counter space.

The location right off the highway was very convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience.

Excellent customer service at Springhill Suites. They quickly resolved a noisy HVAC issue even on Christmas Day. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient with nearby restaurants. The room was comfortable and had a great shower. I would recommend this hotel for a nice and quiet stay.

The location was excellent and convenient to the highway, food, and shopping. Despite being a smaller hotel, there were no issues with noise or disturbances from other guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The shower had amazing water pressure and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was well maintained and the assistant manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just off the highway with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved how spacious the rooms were, providing plenty of room to relax. Despite being close to the elevator, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and filling, with a great variety of options to choose from.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, located on a major road that's easy to access from the highway. We loved being close to several restaurants and attractions, including beautiful Downtown, and the Razorback Greenway bike trail. The room and bathroom were sparkly clean and spacious, with quality toiletries and excellent shower pressure. The breakfast selection was incredibly impressive, with a fun oatmeal bar, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. We also enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained facilities, such as the pool and gym.

There was a little construction going on around the entrance, which made it hard to navigate in and out.
