The location was perfect, walking distance to Carowinds. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Free parking pass for Carowinds. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with a quick walk to a nearby amusement park. the amenities on site, like the pool, were a nice bonus.

The breakfast bar was disappointing and often needed restocking, which took a long time. Also, if you park in the lot, there was a decent trek to the lobby, which was inconvenient.

Check-in process required extra effort due to room reservation discrepancy, but staff resolved the issue satisfactorily. Hotel smelled clean and looked well-maintained. Comfortable room with convenient layout, featuring separate toilet and shower. Ideal walking distance to nearby attraction. Decent breakfast and spacious accommodations.
