The location to Carowinds amusement park was awesome. It was within walking distance, but a bit of a long walk especially after a tiring day at the park. However, the hotel offers parking passes for convenience. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and everything looked nice. The cleanliness was really impressive, with the rooms and common areas being very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. The breakfast provided at the hotel was good as well.

The hotel was very convenient for our Easter trip as it was located near the amusement park. the discounted tickets at the front desk were an added bonus. the breakfast was good and they had comfortable beds to sleep in.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and accommodating. We were not able to check-in early despite arriving an hour before check-in time and there was no explanation given.
