We had an amazing stay at the Morgantown Marriott. The views of the river were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night with the beautiful lights. The room was spacious and the bathroom was the biggest I've ever seen. The valet parking and staff were friendly and efficient.

The room rates ended up being higher than what was originally advertised online, which . Also, there were some issues with the billing, as we were charged extra fees and had to follow up to get them refunded.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and is located in a convenient area for outdoor activities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott for our daughter's WVU orientation. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The view from our room was stunning, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The valet, Kenny, was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist with our car and holding doors for us. The beds were comfortable, and the food was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for its accommodating staff, cleanliness, and overall pleasant experience.

Stayed at a hotel located within walking distance to restaurants and a playground. the rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with a large bathroom. the pool was clean and enjoyable for kids.

The Starbucks and restaurant were closed during our visit, making it inconvenient if we wanted to stay in the hotel.

The room was comfortable, stylish, and had a decent view. The breakfast bar was very good and the staff, particularly Hannah the waitress, was excellent. The hotel's location, lounge area, Starbucks, and lounge bar were also great. The parking garage was convenient and I appreciated the option of a two queen bed room at the same price as a king bed room.

One of the elevators can make a lot of noise and is distracting, but it's not a frequent issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I loved the spacious king room with a beautiful view of the water and railroad tracks. The huge window allowed me to enjoy the scenery, and the bed and couch were extremely comfortable. The highlight for me was the walking shower, which was a refreshing change from the usual bathtub shower combos found in most hotels. everything was comfortable, nicely done, and the hotel provided amenities such as a built-in luggage stand and a conveniently positioned fridge. The valet service was impressive, the front desk was efficient, and the staff even set up a pack and play for our baby. The modern room felt like a luxury Vegas hotel, with a gorgeous river view, a spacious bathroom, and all the necessary entertainment options. The hotel also had a great pool, hot tub, and bar, and there were excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Morgantown.

Nothing is perfect.

I had a great stay at a hotel with a beautiful room and an amazing view of the river. The bar area was fantastic, and they had the best drink I've ever had. The staff, especially Erik the bartender, were exceptional. They were attentive and accommodating. The location right off the Caperton Trail was perfect for long walks, even in the rain. The hotel had great facilities, including a bar and restaurant, as well as a Starbucks. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Stayed here for my son's WVU visit. Perfect location, right across from the welcome center. Convenient Starbucks in lobby. Beautiful bar and excellent food. Walked to campus and enjoyed the Brew Pubs. Perfect stay. 5-Stars!

We recently stayed at the Marriott in Morgantown for a weekend getaway. The king room was spacious and comfortable, with beautifully decorated and clean interiors. The bathroom was also spacious and had a great shower stall. We loved the added touch of the built-in luggage stand and the fridge at a comfortable height. The beds were all comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the wood laminate flooring. the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we loved the spaciousness of the room.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The hotel is definitely worth the price. It's also in a great location, close to restaurants and with a beautiful view of the river. The room I stayed in on the 9th floor was very well-equipped with everything I needed, including a handicap accessible shower. Breakfast was delicious too.

All in all, my stay was great and there weren't any significant issues that I experienced during my time at this hotel.
