Comfortable beds and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay

The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient for exploring nearby shops, and the availability of EV charging is a bonus. the breakfast could use improvement, as options are limited.

Clean room, good Wi-Fi, but parking was tough to find at night.

The room was very clean and beautifully updated, featuring a backlit bathroom mirror that felt luxurious. Temperature control was excellent; the heater worked perfectly. The two sets of curtains allowed for both privacy and light, which was great. pillows were quite firm, and the bathroom fan was loud, turning on with the light. Noise from the nearby highway was noticeable but not disruptive. Unfortunately, several towels had stains, which was disappointing. The breakfast area felt cramped, and food options were limited, though we enjoyed the breakfast burritos. Parking was free, and the seasonal pool was refreshing.

Clean rooms, clean facilities with a consistently great breakfast that helped fuel my adventures and friendly staff who maintained a positive attitude even during busy times.

Aesthetically pleasing rooms with a comfortable mattress and high-quality sheets made for a restful sleep. The bathroom was impressive, featuring a fantastic shower with ample hot water. Staff members were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, particularly with breakfast options. The custom breakfast burrito was superb. a substantial drain clog in the sink was a significant inconvenience, and the loud A/C disrupted movie time. The breakfast area was limited, prompting us to eat in our room. While the location is ideal for access and nearby amenities, the dim vanity lighting and poor coffee choice dampened the experience. Attention to detail could elevate this place further.

Great location with a sense of safety. The clean room featured a tiny fridge and microwave. Breakfast was decent but don't arrive late—most items were gone by the time we got there. The coffee wasn’t great, and more variety would’ve been nice. On the downside, our room had cleanliness issues upon arrival with dirty floors, and some amenities were out of order. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us breakfast burritos to go. Plenty of potential, but some areas definitely need improvement.

This hotel is perfectly situated near key spots like Northern Arizona University, just 2 km away, and the Historic Downtown and Railroad District, which is less than 3 km, making it easy to explore the charming local area and discover historical landmarks. There are also plenty of nearby dining options like Ihop and Red Lobster, both within a short walk of under 5 minutes, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far. I appreciated the quick check-in and check-out, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were a definite plus. the coffee could use some improvement as it was too strong and bitter.

One of the highlights for me was the room itself - the flooring and fixtures were top-notch, and I especially loved the furniture and the fridge & microwave setup. The shower in the room was a real standout, super nice and refreshing. there were a few things that could use some improvement. The furnace/air conditioner in the room ran all night and couldn't be turned off, which made it pretty hard to get a good night's sleep. there were no hair or soap products in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast burrito was a letdown, it was still partially frozen with big chunks of cheese still frozen inside. And the heating in the room was quite unreliable. Despite these issues, the overall experience was decent, but there is certainly room for improvement in some areas. I hope this helps in giving you a better idea of what to expect at Greentree Inn!
