Wow, the staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome right from check-in. Our room was really modern and sooo clean—like they just did a reno or something. The brekkie buffet looked lekker, and the comfy bed was a definite highlight after a long flight.

I stayed for 3 nights and was disgusted by the cleanliness of my room. upon checking in, I found hair and residue from previous guests on the floor. The towels provided were clearly not fresh, with stains on several of them. To make matters worse, I dealt with sluggish service from the reception, where my requests for basic necessities went unfulfilled more often than not.

my stay was defintely not what I expected. I was shuffled to three rooms with no AC, and the restaurant service was shockingly slow. Just a thought, a complimentary welcome gift would have been nice but alas, I suppose 'regular' guests don't rate that kind of treatment here. how very disappointing, I almost thought of giving a good review but couldn't.

I stayed in a Superior King Room and it felt like floating on a cloud—if that cloud also had comfy beds and super kind staff! My exhausted four-year-old suddenly felt like a VIP when the front desk rushed to deliver milk in a fancy coffee cup, as if it were the most important beverage on Earth. Talk about customer service. it was like being treated like royalty, complete with bedtime drinks and all!

The check-in process was frustratingly long, taking over 30 minutes, and I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hallways. Even though the staff tried to be helpful, my requests went unanswered.

The Superior King Room was super comfortable and the view of the planes took my breath away! Enjoyed some downtime at the cozy leisure room, and the indoor pool looked inviting (even though it was closed for maintenance). Just wish I didn’t need to take two separate elevators to get to my floor, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

Great room, super quiet air-conditioning, solid workspace for doing some work. Restaurant had friendly service and the food was quick. Spacious king room was perfect for chilling with morning coffee!

The room's curtains were stuck halfway, certainly a fashion statement. Plus, I didn’t sign up for a scavenger hunt looking for room towels!

We crashed here after our flight got canceled and it was okay for the night. The front desk guy was super nice, gave us snacks and water, which was a nice touch! The room was decent but the bathroom could've used a bit more cleaning. The shuttle service was pretty confusing and took forever the next morning.
