At my regular spot, they helped me with a late check-out once. Free Wi-Fi, welcome drink, 24h reception, fitness center - all here! Laundry, flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, no smoking, children's buffet. Coming back for Easter indeed!

There are also reading lights on either side of the bed for individual lighting preferences.

The entrance/exit of the parking lot can be a bit tricky due to the complex road layout.

The exercise room is fantastic with awesome equipment and can be used anytime. the fridge and microwave near the door make things easier. there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance - a big plus.

We had a terrible experience with check-in due to the staff not opening the door when we arrived at midnight. the noise level kept us up until 3 a.m., the TV was difficult to use because of no proper instructions, and the sink didn't function properly.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even though it was their first night on the job. They helped us with a reservation issue and provided excellent customer service, making us feel valued and appreciated. We can't thank them enough for their assistance.
