The customer service, especially from Sherika, was exceptional. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool area. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the private beach. the cleanliness, hospitality, food, and value for money were all top-notch.

I enjoyed a 2-hour treatment that included a steam shower, coffee scrub, and massage, which was exactly what I needed after a tiring weekend.

Spent Easter Break at a lovely B&B hotel. They offer delicious complementary breakfast with a wide variety of options. The location is amazing, close to numerous tourist attractions and shopping centers. The hotel also provides a pool and fitness center to stay active during your stay.

Although overall it was a great experience, some minor issues arose during our stay. Wi-Fi struggled to stay connected.

The hotel is located on a hill south off the main highway, in the heart of Runaway Bay. This location provided a nice breeze and was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel facilities were great, with a pleasant pool area and plenty of parking available. The breakfast provided was delicious and I enjoyed the variety of options on the menu. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with the ongoing renovations that showed their commitment to maintaining a high standard.
