My stay at Cardiff Hotel was a perfect getaway. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel special. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a mix of traditional Jamaican dishes and continental options. The dining area was always clean and had a stunning view. The customer service, especially from Sherika, was exceptional. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and a refreshing pool area. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the private beach. the cleanliness, hospitality, food, and value for money were all top-notch.

We arrived at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa after a long journey, and we were warmly greeted by the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in process and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The level of hospitality was exceptional.

One day, we decided to dine at the on-site restaurant. Although we had a bit of confusion about seating, the staff quickly resolved it and found us a clean table.

Convenient location. the hotel is situated on a hill, offering beautiful views of the Caribbean sea. Although it is not a beachfront property, it is easily accessible from the main highway and just a short drive away from the beach. Pleasant spa experience. the hotel's spa provides a range of treatments at unbeatable prices. I enjoyed a 2, hour treatment that included a steam shower, coffee scrub, and massage, which was exactly what I needed after a tiring weekend.

Unprofessional front desk. the staff at the front desk seemed too busy and not very customer, friendly.

Great value for money with a convenient shuttle to a beautiful beach in just 10 minutes. Most rooms offer a hillside view of the ocean. Friendly front staff, although the reception service may be slower than expected. Exceptional food with excellent service. Some noise from traffic but manageable with ear plugs. Small, peaceful, and accommodating with remembered staff. Highly recommended for relaxation.

The location on a hill offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and equipped with all essential amenities. We were impressed by the quality of the room service, the housekeeping, and the tours/ticket assistance that were made available. The staff provided excellent customer service and made us feel at home. The leisure spa and wellness center provided a great escape for relaxation, and the outdoor swimming pool was a favorite spot for our family.

Spent Easter Break at a lovely B&B hotel. They offer delicious complementary breakfast with a wide variety of options. the location is amazing, close to numerous tourist attractions and shopping centers. the hotel also provides a pool and fitness center to stay active during your stay.

Wi-Fi struggled to stay connected. the guest service desk could have been more helpful at times with requests.

The hotel facilities were great, with a pleasant pool area and plenty of parking available. The breakfast provided was delicious and I enjoyed the variety of options on the menu. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with the ongoing renovations that showed their commitment to maintaining a high standard.

my recent stay in runaway bay was amazing. this time at Cardiff hotel and spa was even better. the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was exceptional. truly a peaceful and beautiful property. highly recommend.
