The value for the money was exceptional. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, making it very comfortable to relax after a long day exploring. The location was perfect, connected to a large mall and easily accessible to the airport and other areas of the city. The staff at W were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. From the moment we arrived until we left, their professionalism and attentiveness impressed us. They even offered to be tour guides during the typhoon, which was unexpected and appreciated. Special mention to Alex and Rene for their outstanding service. Highly recommend this sophisticated hotel with skilled staff.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast experience better was if the QR code login process for booking was quicker and more efficient. It took quite a long time to log in and out multiple times, causing inconvenience.
