My recent stay at Springhill Suites was fantastic. The staff at the front desk, especially Virginia, went above and beyond to help me locate my misplaced items. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family of six. The separate bathroom setup was a great feature, allowing us to shower and use the facilities simultaneously. Despite some minor maintenance issues, such as a dripping shower faucet and a sliding door that couldn't close all the way, the staff promptly addressed them and tried their best to fix the problems. The breakfast was satisfying, with delicious packaged waffles on offer. I had a pleasant experience at Springhill Suites and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the streetcar system which takes you through the entire downtown area. Although there is not a pharmacy-supermarket around the corner, it is right outside of downtown area but still close enough that it doesn't take forever to get to downtown. The beds and linens were comfortable and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast could be improved, with past guests observing that some of the baked goods were stale and there was a limited selection of cereals.
