the breakfast was a disaster, cold and soggy, I expected hot, delicious options, not this slop. also, I couldn't believe how dark the room was, a bright light would have been a nice compensation for my troubles. honestly, I was hoping to be upgraded for my inconvenience but guess that's just a dream at this hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not as good as expected. The shower pressure was quite disappointing and made for an uncomfortable experience when trying to get ready. Additionally, the dark room conditions took away from the overall comfort. even with all the lamps on, it felt gloomy and uninviting. Staff monitoring guests during breakfast felt intrusive, and it was quite frustrating.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family of 5 with a trundle bed for my kids. The breakfast options were plentiful and suited everyone's tastes well. Everything in the establishment was clean. The convenience of the location allowed us to access nearby restaurants easily.

This hotel is brand new, which you can really tell, the lobby was nice and the furniture in the room was very modern,, it felt really comfortable. Had unique layout of the King bedroom that made it feel special, like I could really relax after a long day.

It wasn't cheap,, but I felt it was still acceptable for what I got.

i really enjoyed my stay in maple grove this time! the rooms were spacious and had great amenities like a fridge and microwave. the breakfast offered a delicious variety, including a warm buffet with eggs and waffles, which made my mornings so much better.

The front desk staff was welcoming, and the lobby area was clean. My room needed more attention and had a musty smell. Enjoyed the golf course nearby as an extra activity. I would think twice before returning, due to the room issues.

We had a wonderful family trip, exploring the nearby outlet shopping and enjoying quality time together. The suite was perfect for our family of five, with the trundle bed accommodating the kids comfortably. Everything was spotless, and mom appreciated the friendly staff.

My kids wished there were more hooks in the bathroom.

I was really impressed that the check-in lady not only greeted me with a smile but also asked my preference for the room location, which never happened before! The leisure room was cozy with games, and the outdoor BBQ facilities were a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The only thing was that my room could’ve used a bit more attention, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊
