The pillows were comfy, the thermostat was easy to adjust, and the mini fridge was handy. the location was super close to downtown Columbus with plenty of food options around.

The housekeeping started knocking on doors way too early in the morning before checkout time, and the breakfast omelets were a bit bland. Additionally, the pool was unexpectedly closed upon arrival and the service for room cleaning and towel replenishment was lacking, causing some inconvenience during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in January when the outside temp was single digits. the breakfast was the best we've had, especially loving the pancake maker. the staff was friendly and accommodating, with special thanks to Zyda M at the front desk for excellent customer service. the room was spacious and comfortable, with nice lighting and amenities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was amazing, with an assortment of fruits, granola bars, and delicious cookies. the pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel had a serene country feel, which was great for relaxation. I loved the earplugs provided for use in the workout room - a rare offering.

The elevator was out of order, and it was a hassle to take the stairs. the room had an old king size bed which had a significant sag in the middle.
