The staff was excellent, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the city center, with beautiful waterfalls nearby to explore. The hidden resting places allowed us to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to enjoy it in a lovely outdoor setting.

Can't think of anything negative to say. It was a wonderful experience during our business trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Apple House. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, with a pool on the balcony in one of them. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing us with a charger when we were struggling. Fernanda at the front desk was particularly helpful, giving us a delightful history outline of Brazil. The food at the restaurant was delicious and great value for money. Although not all staff members spoke English, we were still able to communicate effectively. The hotel also offered free shuttle service to the town center, which was convenient. The various amenities such as the pools, pool table, and table tennis kept our children entertained. a clean hotel with hearty food and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Pousada Apple House for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
