During my stay, there were significant issues with housekeeping. Additionally, I encountered difficulties in finding extra bedding for the sofa bed and had to wait at the front desk for help, which was frustrating when no one was there initially. The overall cleanliness of the space left much to be desired.

Friendly breakfast staff made mornings enjoyable.

I faced issues with the refrigerator in my room, which hardly worked and needed to be turned on every few hours. When I approached the front desk about it, their response was apathetic, merely offering an apology without any solution. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was disappointingly low, making basic tasks frustrating.

The 24-hour gym equipment was solid, and staff always greeted me with a smile. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, which was very convenient. I appreciated the spacious bathroom with a roll-in shower. Quick check-in made the stay smooth. I enjoyed the heated pool for a refreshing night swim. 😊

The location was close to Newpark mall & restaurants , and the breakfast choices were pretty varied every day. The staff were always friendly and professional, so it added to the overall experience!

The heated pool was a nice way to end the day after a long drive it was perfect for a night swim the kids loved it. I also enjoyed the 24hr gym the equipment was solid and the staff made you feel right at home always greeting you with a smile.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but it was an acceptable price for what they offered.

the staff were super friendly and always greeted u with a smile. i loved the heated pool for a night swim and the gym was open 24 hours which was cool. the kitchenette in my room was really helpful to have. parking was easy to find and the place felt clean overall. even tho the breakfast choices were limited, the lady in charge of food was on top of everything and really nice.
