The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to travel to Richmond or DC. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being upgraded to a king suite at no extra charge. the rooms were quiet and I didn't hear any noise from other guests. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereal.

I booked a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, but when I arrived, the room only had a bathtub. Despite informing the front desk of my needs, they were unable to provide a room with a step-in shower.

Great stay for Christmas! the hotel had two key location facts that made our stay enjoyable. it was conveniently located near both I-95 and Route 1, making it easy to access. Secondly, there were several fast food restaurants and gas stations within walking distance, so we had plenty of options for meals and supplies. the staff was courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside of our stay was that the carpeting in our room looked like it needed replacing. However, the rooms were overall clean and well-maintained.

The sound insulation is not the best and you might hear your neighbors.

Great location for a weekend getaway, close to Lake Anna and Fredericksburg. Friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. Good amenities, such as a rain shower head in the bathroom.

Breakfast was average, nothing special. Some noise from the AC unit in the room.
