Comfortable bed, as expected from a Marriott hotel. Efficient and friendly front desk staff, making check, in and check, out a breeze. Clean room and grounds, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room had some wear and tear, but it was still in decent condition. the bathroom only had a tub unit, and I would have preferred a walk, in shower for convenience.

The bed was comfy and the hallway quiet. Customer service was fantastic, from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean and the hot breakfast was constantly maintained. The staff was friendly and the TV had more than just weather channels. Recommended for families and longer stays.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and would wake us up every time it turned on.

The front desk staff, particularly Matt, was amazing! He was always positive and friendly, greeting every guest with a warm smile. the room layout was great, providing a dividing wall for privacy and allowing one person to stay up later without disturbing the other. I also appreciated the convenience of having a sink near the coffee, fridge, and microwave.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the AC in our room made a rattling noise, which was a bit bothersome.

As young people, we loved the pool, hot tub, and three-bed option. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing, with warm orange juice and lukewarm coffee. the lack of choice in cereal options and the poor quality of the waffle mix were also disappointing.

The staff at Springhill Suites were very accommodating. When I had an issue with my room's A/C unit, they promptly moved me to a new room and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
