The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, right on the beautiful harbor. The view from our room was peaceful and relaxing. The bedding and towels provided in the room were of very high quality, adding to our comfort during our stay.

Lack of parking.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the beautiful views from our room and the restaurant. The customer service was exceptional, from the charming waiter to the helpful staff. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan dietary needs, providing delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The central location in Portree made it easy to explore and enjoy the nearby restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning soon.

The location was great and provided stunning views of the coastal landscape for our New Year celebration. The staff were friendly and even surprised us with complimentary champagne and chocolates. We also enjoyed the tasty Scottish tapas on the evening of our arrival.

The building's exterior was also neglected and could benefit from maintenance. we felt the high room rate was not worth the value provided and would not recommend staying here.
