The maintenance staff was prompt and efficient in replacing the mini fridge in our room. The public spaces and parking areas were clean and well-maintained. The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, and the beds were very comfortable. The queen suite had nice amenities and was accessible-friendly. The staff, especially Debra, were professional, kind, and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the very clean and modern property of the hotel. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the accessible friendly amenities in the queen suite were a nice touch. the location was also convenient, being just a short walk from the Crestwood Metro North train station.

One drawback I experienced was the minor issue with the shower in the queen suite. the water flowed out onto the bathroom floor, and the small bathmat-towel provided didn't absorb it adequately.

We loved that the breakfast had a great variety of protein options, like eggs and meat, and we were able to take fruit with us for later. the gym was also good, with plenty of treadmills to keep us active.

The soundproofing in the room was really poor, and we could hear everything outside and even what our neighbors were doing in their rooms. the bathroom and shower doors were not properly aligned, and there was no bathtub.
