The breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. The laundry facility on the second floor is excellent. The staff is helpful and accommodating, particularly when dealing with a mess or any special needs.

We had a nice romantic getaway and were in awe of the amazing view from our room. the staff were friendly and offered a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in bed, which was a much-appreciated gesture.

There was no fridge or minibar, and the room was overly warm, making it hard to sleep. the elevator was dirty and the walls were thin, making it noisy at night.
