I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Casselbergh in Bruges for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful both inside and out, with lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the reception and bar staff. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and was convenient for popping in and out before dinner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing New Year at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with excellent amenities. the grand reception and bar areas were stunning and made for a great atmosphere. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options that filled us up for the day. the location couldn't have been better, with close proximity to all the major tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. a fantastic experience!

Only downside was the price, as it was quite expensive. Also, parking was a bit tricky due to the central location and the one-way system in the city.

Stayed in an amazing room in a beautiful ancient palace close to main touristic attractions and everything you want to see, with great service and staff. Basic amenities in a room with a very comfortable bed, fab bathroom, and four large windows plus a big "dormer" skylight providing great views. Breakfast with some nice local touches had been included in the prices and was served in the basement with no outside view, but it was still a great touch to have it included.

The towels could use an upgrade, as they felt rough and uncomfortable on the skin.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. the room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated. It had a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottled water provided in our room.

The check-in and check-out process was quite disorganized, and we had to wait in line for a long time. there was confusion regarding the parking situation, and it took quite some time for the staff to locate our car in the garage.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
