I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations. The attention to detail in the newly renovated rooms was impressive. I loved the modern finishes and the cozy sitting area with a TV and comfy couch to relax on. The bathroom layout, reminiscent of a European hotel, was unique and added to the overall charm of the room.

No significant improvements needed.

I recently had a great visit to Charlotte and stayed at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and night spots within walking distance. Plus, the price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend. The staff at the front desk, especially Ellen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ellen made the check-in process a breeze and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the cozy couch and TV in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.

Although there were a couple of minor hiccups during my stay, such as a stopped-up toilet and a false fire alarm, overall everything was fine. These issues were promptly addressed by the hotel staff and hopefully, they will take measures to prevent such incidents in the future.

We had a fantastic visit to Charlotte and chose to stay at the Springhill Suites. The service we received from Ellen at the front desk was top-notch, making us feel welcome right from the start. The hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance to many restaurants and nightspots. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also very good, giving us a nice start to our day. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great location, and comfortable accommodations.

Impressive provision of oat milk for lactose-intolerant and vegetarian guests. Accommodating staff when toilet wouldn't flush, allowing room switch.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made me feel right at home. the hotel's gym being open 24 hours was a huge plus, allowing me to work out whenever it was convenient for me. Additionally, having tea and coffee available at all times was a great gesture that added to the overall welcoming feel of the hotel.

One of the downsides of my stay was that we had to request for our room to be serviced, as we were not informed during check-in. Additionally, we had some trouble with the iPad activation and the staff was unable to assist us.

The hotel had free parking on site, which was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful during check, in and check, out. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate desk area and a fridge and microwave. the hotel was located near restaurants within walking distance and had a small indoor pool and a well, equipped fitness room. the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of choices.

The main sink in the bathroom drained slowly and the heating unit was loud. the hotel's Wi, Fi had limited bandwidth and only upgraded for free if you were a high, ranking rewards member.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Some rooms have nice views. Front desk supervisor was patient and friendly. Indoor pool with safety restrictions. Will return.
