The hotel is conveniently located in a great area of Novi, within walking distance of many places to eat and shop, even a movie theater. The front desk staff, including Patrick and Sheena, provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and the breakfast staff was phenomenal. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as water and coffee in the common areas. the hotel is in a great location for accessing different areas of Detroit and Ann Arbor.

The key reader for my room was not working and I had to rely on staff to let me in.
