I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the room was very spacious and well furnished, with a separate sitting area that made it perfect for both business and leisure. Secondly, the shower was amazing - with see-through doors, a tile floor, and two settings on the shower head, it was a luxurious experience. Additionally, the hotel had a "smart TV" and reliable internet, allowing me to easily connect my streaming services. Lastly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the room, including a microwave, sink, and fridge, as well as a nice walk-in closet. this hotel had a comfortable and homely atmosphere with its high ceilings and unique layout.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for a family trip to explore the downtown historic center. The hotel was conveniently located near the center, making it easy for us to explore the area. We were impressed with the comfortable and spacious room that easily accommodated our family of five. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite the temporary maintenance on the pool, the rest of the hotel facilities, including the lobby, were great. The staff, especially Lynse at the front desk, provided outstanding customer service. She ensured we had a quiet room and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried out The Wyoming Rib and Chop House, and the steaks and ribs were fantastic. Thank you, Lynse, for taking such good care of us!

They were always busy ensuring that the hotel was clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the spacious and clean room that provided a comfortable stay.

One downside was the absence of a hot tub. It would have been nice to relax in one after a long day of exploring.

I loved my recent stay at Springhill Suites in Cheyenne. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the abundant lighting and large windows. The separate bar/kitchenette sink area was convenient, and I appreciated having a desk with a desk lamp for work purposes. The shower was refreshing, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the South Line bus stop and a short walk to the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay at Springhill Suites again.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites while attending a basketball tournament with my family. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful and made us feel welcome. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, it was tempting to spend the whole day in bed. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and productive, cleaning during lulls at the front desk. Some staff even helped with housekeeping. The rooms were adequately cleaned and comfortable, with a third bed for larger families. The wifi was useful for teenage kids. The hotel had a clean and spacious bathroom, along with comfortable beds and pillows.
