After a long day of flying, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming this place was! Clean, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful shuttle service to LaGuardia. The breakfast was a delightful bonus, with fresh options like cheese omelets and pancakes. Impeccable staff made my stay relaxing. I'll definitely return on my next visit to the city!

Make sure to request a room on higher floors for better views and less noise from the street.

We loved the spacious room with two queen beds—perfect for our family, especially with the little ones. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, and the shuttle to the airport made travel easy. Plus, it’s only about 10 miles to Belmont Park!

My children wished for more bath towels given our group's size.

truly disapointing, I never thought I woudl be deprived of bath towels. Not one extra after requesting them twice, how rude! And breakfast was another cluster, food gone, pancake maker out! I thought a guest like me would, at the very least, get a complimentary upgrade or something—nothing. almost left a good review, but I just couldn’t.

the ac didn't work properly , making the room uncomfortably warm. on the plus side, the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices. The staff was super attentive and accommodating, helping us with room changes promptly. super clean facilities too! 👍

The staff were super friendly. the extended suite was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a bonus even if it needed some utensils. i love that there was a shuttle service into the city, saved me from paying for a cab. also, the area might seem shady but it's actually pretty convenient for getting around. overall, it felt like good value for what i paid.

It was just a smart choice for a holiday in New York with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was accommodating and helped with directions when I arrived. Make sure to download a map beforehand to avoid getting lost near the train station.

The Standard King Room was clean and inviting, making for a pleasant family stay. Free coffee and tea available around the clock was a nice touch. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to public transportation, although some staff responsiveness could improve during peak hours.

Super clean spaces. the staff was always super attentive and eager to help! Loved the shuttle service to La Guardia. and the close proximity to the subway made getting into the city a breeze!
