We had a great stay! Alison and her team were exceptional. The hotel had a clean room with comfortable beds and a working shower. The breakfast was delicious with a waffle bar and options for oatmeal and yogurt toppings. The staff was friendly and made us coffee each morning. The location was perfect for us, as it was directly across the street from The Main Event where we had a family outing. The extended pool hours were a hit with the kids.

The bed was really comfortable and the shower worked well in our room. We also enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, allowing us to move around freely. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to major amenities and easy to access from the main road.

Housekeeping did not enter our room for the entire duration of our 4-night stay, which . We had to take care of emptying our own trash and getting toilet paper from the front desk.

As youngsters, we loved the convenience of the location, right across the street from The Main Event. The pool being open late was a huge plus, and the breakfast choices were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. the staff was wonderful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was standard but the coffee was excellent. the hotel is conveniently located near the tollway and has many nearby conveniences. the rates were great too.

Housekeeping did not come to our room during our four-night stay, which was disappointing. the hotel is older and lacks wireless outlets and charging places in the rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Naperville area and had a fantastic experience. the staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were clean and spacious, exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was great, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast provided was decent, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's appetite.

Becca in sales took care of everything, from providing information to accommodating all our requests. The staff during the event were attentive, making it a great success. I couldn't be happier with the event space and the whole staff.

The location was perfect for our group: directly across the street from The Main Event. We had a great time at our cousins' Christmas outing, and it was so convenient to be right there. The room was not as clean as I had hoped with some visible dirt and dust on surfaces. the noise level from outside the hotel was very high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
