Great amenities with a microwave and refrigerator in the room. the breakfast offerings were typical, but well stocked and kept clean. the location was convenient and easy to get around with a car.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly at the front desk. the rooms were not clean and had a tired and worn-out appearance.

I had an amazing experience staying at this venue. The location was perfect as it was close to everything and only a short distance to the Ohio State University football stadium. The room was well-furnished with all the amenities I needed including a refrigerator and microwave. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the indoor swimming pool was heated with plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Columbus for a family trip. The property was clean and the outside landscape was beautiful. Our room was spacious enough for our family of five and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions, such as The James OSU hospital, COSI, North Market, and Ohio Statehouse. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything the hotel had to offer!

Intelligent design, enjoyable experience. Liked bathroom setup and frosted glass sliding doors. Well thought out lighting. Separate toilet and shower rooms, effective desk area. Best space aware room. Good and fast wifi. Convenient gas station nearby for snacks and water.

We loved the separate sink and toilet/bathroom area design of our room, it made getting ready in the morning so much easier. The location was great for our visit to Ohio State and the staff was friendly and helpful. we had a great stay.
