I was impressed by the exceptional customer service at Springhill Suites. When I arrived late due to traffic, the front desk staff greeted me by name and expressed their concern for my safe arrival. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast bar was well-stocked and the attentive breakfast attendant made sure everyone's needs were met. Although there was a minor inconvenience with the bathroom configuration, overall my stay was excellent.

The staff remembered my name, asked how to help and the suite was clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The beds were great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety.
